My condolences to Ms. Collier’s loved ones. I lost my wife and two of my children in the last three years so I am very familiar with the great pain that loss brings. There were several things that comforted me and gave me a measure of peace. One is Jesus promise to resurrect the dead. In John 11:23, 24 he promised this to a woman named Martha who had just four days earlier lost her brother, Lazarus. In verses 42-44 of this chapter, Jesus went to the tomb which was in a cave, had them remove the stone in front of it , and after a brief prayer, he said: ‘Lazarus, come out!’. And the man who had been dead four days came out. He was given back to his family. According to John 5:28 29, this type of resurrection will be experienced by all those in the graves. Some of these will gain everlasting life. There is much more found at jw.org. I hope this helps a little. Steve

My deepest sympathy in the loss of your love one. Prayers for the family. Faye Brown
My sympathies to the family: By eliminating the real cause of death: sin inherited from Adam – (see Romans 5:12) Almighty God will lift obedient humans to perfection on the basis of Jesus’ ransom sacrifice. Then the last enemy, death, will be ‘brought to nothing.’ (1 Corinthians 15:26) The human family will be able to live as God purposed for them to live’forever on earth, in perfect health. – Psalm 37:9-11
My prayers are with the family of Aunt Violet. She was very sweet and a wonderful cook. I visited her and uncle Bruce (Hollis) in his life time a lot. In praying for the family, remember: ‘Keep The Faith’.
