Rhonda Lynn Blake Goodwin, 62, of Ore City, went to be with the Lord on January 31, 2022 at home with her family by her side. She was born on January 30, 1960 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to John Blake and Patricia Jones. Rhonda enjoyed playing basketball while attending Owasso High School in Owasso, Oklahoma.
Rhonda married Kevin Frazier, to this union two sons were born, Kevin Frazier II and Kyle Frazier. Later on she married James Goodwin and to this union two girls were born, Tina Goodwin and Jamie Goodwin Garcia.
Rhonda loved to spend time with her family, her fur baby Lil Man, and friends. She enjoyed arts and crafts, coloring in adult coloring books, and going fishing with her family. She never cared if she caught any fish as long as she was out spending time with family. Something she enjoyed the most was spending time with her grandbabies. Rhonda did not let her health issues get in the way of doing what she wanted. She was a smart, beautiful, intelligent woman that was loved by so many people. Rhonda may have passed at a young age, but she was able to see all four of her children have their own children. She was a wonderful person to be around, we all enjoyed her company while she was on earth.
Rhonda was preceded in death by the man that raised her, Percy Pigeon, Sr.; granddaughter, Angel Lynn Goodwin; and Grandma PeeWee.
She is survived by her children, Kevin Frazier, II of Longview, Kyle Frazier and wife Anna Jenkins of Hallsville, Tina Goodwin and husband Brent Kinnamon of Lone Star, Jamie Goodwin Garcia and husband, Chris Walker of Ore City; grandchildren, Kinsley Humphrey, Jayden Frazier, Holly Frazier, Elijah Frazier, Trinton Kinnamon, Stormi Austin, and Mia Garcia; mother, Patricia Jones of Wagoner, Oklahoma; mother and father-in-law, Patrcia Austin and husband Lanny; brother, Percy Pigeon, Jr. and wife Twila of Wagoner, Oklahoma; sisters, Carol Roberts and husband, Randy of Owasso, Oklahoma, Sherri Raappana and husband David of Tulsa, Oklahoma; special niece and nephew, Kim and Kelly Pigeon of Tulsa, Oklahoma; ex-husbands, James Goodwin, and Kevin Frazier.
