Services for Gary Joe Kessler, 63, of Linden will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 23, 2018 at Bear Creek Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden. Mr. Kessler was born March 28, 1955 and passed away July 19, 2018. 

 
Mr. Kessler was a Baptist preacher for over 40 years and also worked as a grocery merchandiser. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Jeanette Kessler; two sons and daughters-in-law, Chris and Elizabeth Kessler, Doug and Tonya Kessler; three granddaughters, Hannah,, Alana, and Natalie Kessler; two brothers, Glenn and Joe Kessler; and a host of other relatives and friends.

  3. Working with Gary at Piggly Wiggly was some of the most fun I ever had. Loved all the revival times at church and dinners and birthdays. Always said growing up was overrated. Love you Jeanette.

I probably won’t be able to make the service for I’m in the hospital tomorrow will be a wk & they aren’t talking. Letting me out any time soon so just know my heart is with you again I’m sorry for your love you bunches cousin.
