Elaine Biddy Brabham was born December 21, 1943 to Elton and Lucille Perser Biddy. She passed away December 29, 2019. Elaine was a member of Hughes Springs United Methodist Church. She was a beautiful, classy lady who loved to share her love of cooking.  

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Harold Biddy; and two sisters, Sue O’Keefe and Jackie Phillips.

She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Charles Brabham; sons and daughters-in-law, Paul and Sherri Brabham of Hughes Springs, Cary and Jennifer Brabham of Dallas; five grandchildren, Hunter, Hudson, Harper, Case and Mackenzie; one brother, Kenneth Biddy; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 2, 2020 at Reeder-Davis Chapel in Hughes Springs. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.

  5. Elaine was my sister-in-law for 29 years and always treated me with respect and love. I loved Elaine, Jackie and Sue Jo and they always treated me as if I was just another sister. She will be missed terribly by her family and friends and I will carry the memories of Elaine with me for the rest of my life.

I loved knowing her and have been reminiscing about the times we shared which included water skiing, cooking and raising children. We laughed a lot over everything and nothing at all. She was such a beautiful lady! My sincere sympathies to all. May she rest in Paradise.
