Born in:
Kingwood, Texas
Resided in:
Longview , Texas
Kaiden passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2025, in Longview. Though his time here was far too short, he left a lasting impact on all who knew him. Born on December 14, 2007, Kaiden had a vibrant spirit and a kind heart. He was passionate about fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors. His love of music, from classic rock and roll to classic country, echoed the tastes he shared with his dad. His favorite past-time was making fun of his dad. A prankster at heart, Kaiden loved to make people laugh, often with a mischievous grin and a frog in hand, delighting in teasing his sisters and cousins. His playful nature brought joy to family gatherings, where he was often found entertaining younger relatives.
Kaiden was also incredibly gifted with technology. If something didn’t work, he could figure it out easily. He was selfless, often spending his birthday money on something special for his family rather than himself. Despite the challenges he faced, Kaiden gave his all in everything he did. Whether it was a task he enjoyed or even a consequence he accepted, he put his heart into it. His dedication and determination were simply a part of who he was.
He was baptized at New Beginnings Baptist Church, a reflection of his faith. Kaiden also gave back to his community by volunteering at the local food bank, lending his hands and heart to those in need.
Kaiden struggled to find his place in the world, often feeling like he didn’t quite fit in. Yet, he was so deeply loved — more than he ever truly knew. His absence leaves an indescribable void, but his family takes comfort in the countless joyful memories he gifted them.
He was preceded in death by his Papaw, Huey Sessions Jr.; his Mimi, Paula Wall; his aunt, Shelba Dobbs; his uncle, Steven Cosper; and his Nana, Esta Mae Harrison.
Kaiden is survived by his loving parents, Huey and Tessa Sessions; his three sisters, Olivia, Katelynn (his twin sister), and Bristol Sessions; his Mamaw, Jacquelyn Sheffield and her husband Kelvin; his Papa, Wesley Wall; and many cherished aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. His boy cousins will forever treasure memories of their roughhousing adventures, and his sisters will always remember the laughter he brought into their lives.
While the weight of his loss is immeasurable, Kaiden’s family will continue to carry his light, holding onto the love, laughter, and joy he brought them.
